Anti-static satin fabric
Anti-static silk (Anti-static Silk/Conductive Silk), also known as conductive silk, is a functional fabric woven from specialized polyester filaments and high-performance conductive fibers using a special process.
The main mechanisms for eliminating static electricity in anti-static silk include corona discharge and leakage discharge. When grounded, the static electricity on the fabric is discharged to the ground through the conductive fibers; when not grounded, it is neutralized by weak corona discharge through the conductive fibers.

Characteristics of anti-static satin fabric
l Ultra-clean performance: The fabric itself does not generate dust or shed lint, effectively preventing fiber loss and the release of micro dust from the fabric's seams.
l High cleanliness level compatibility: Suitable for Class 100 (ISO Class 5) and even higher-level cleanroom environments
l Durable and stable performance: Anti-static properties are unaffected by the environment (high temperature resistant), chemical properties are stable (resistant to washing ≥100 times)
In cleanroom and dust-free environments, anti-static satin fabric mainly serves the following two protective directions

Application Direction | Main product categories | Fabric Application Method | Core Function |
Foot protection
| Anti-static shoes, cleanroom shoes, shoe covers | Upper/lining/whole shoe application | Electrostatic discharge, dustproof and non-slip |
Body protection
| Clean clothes, hats, gloves, etc. | Main Fabric of the Garment | Overall protection, low dust generation |
